Digital Solutions

Software for the operating problems behind the order.

If you need a site, store, stock view or internal system, we scope it as its own project. You do not need to be a sourcing client first. Sourcing commission does not apply to software contracts.

Start from the operating problem, not a product catalogue.

Tell us what the team cannot see or cannot complete today. We then recommend a site, a store, a stock view or an internal workflow — and only the pieces that are in scope.

Business websites

Public sites that explain the offer, collect qualified requests and stop sending buyers to a personal WhatsApp thread with no record.

Commerce

Catalogues, checkout and order handling when you actually sell that way. We do not attach a storefront to every brief.

Inventory and operations

Stock, inbound shipments and repeat orders once the first containers start arriving. Useful after sourcing, not a substitute for it.

Internal systems

Workflow and reporting tools, including larger platforms and AI-assisted operations, quoted only after the process is written down. Internal price ranges are not published as public starting prices.

What a written software quote has to name.

Until those items are attached, we will not publish a starting price on this page.

In the quote

  • Design and development in the agreed screens or modules.
  • Content you will supply versus content we will produce.
  • Third-party licences, hosting and domain work, if any.
  • Deployment, training, source handover and acceptance tests.
  • Maintenance window and how change requests are priced.

Not implied

  • Unlimited revisions or an open backlog.
  • Accounting, tax or legal advice inside an operations tool.
  • Live bank, payment or marketplace connections unless the quote says they are in.
  • Sourcing search or factory management inside a software fee.
  • A right to reuse another client’s system as if it were a product SKU.

How a digital engagement runs.

You confirm milestones in writing. Source, access and acceptance follow the quote — not a verbal catalogue of features.

1

Brief

You describe the business, the current tools and what should change. Uncertain budget is acceptable. We reply with fit and whether a 15–30 minute call would help.

2

Scope

We write the delivery boundary, assumptions, content split, licences, handover and quote. Work does not start until that document is accepted.

3

Build and hand over

You confirm milestones. We build against the agreed screens or modules, then transfer source, access and acceptance tests as the quote names them.

You still decide

  • Which operating problem is in this contract versus a later phase.
  • What content you will supply, and when.
  • Whether live payments, logistics or marketplace connections are in scope.
  • When a change request is large enough to re-quote.

Relation to sourcing

A sourcing client can buy software later, and a software client does not have to source through us. The two records stay on one commercial file when both are live, but fees are never mixed: commission on factory goods does not apply to a software contract.

Tell us the operating problem, not a software catalogue.

A short project brief is enough. We reply with fit, scope and whether a consultation is useful.
