A named advisor plus internal backup on every paid project. Comparable quotes, risk notes and weekly progress once work is paid. Replies on China business days, China Standard Time.
You provide
- Goal, target market and any known specifications, photos or samples.
- Budget range or an honest “not sure yet”. Quantity can stay uncertain.
- Written confirmation at specification, supplier, sample, price and shipment gates.
We provide
- A named advisor plus internal backup, so work does not sit in an unnamed WeChat group.
- Comparable quotes, risk notes and weekly progress once the scope is paid.
- Coordination with factories and specialist partners inside the agreed scope only.

The five stages still apply. The written scope simply names which steps are in.
You already have a factory
We do not restart a full search unless you ask. Scope is limited to the missing pieces: communication, production follow-up, inspection, packing or shipment. The commercial contract stays with you.
You need software, not goods
The same brief → scope → handover path applies, billed as a software contract. Sourcing commission does not apply. Public starting prices appear only after a delivery scope is attached.
Five stages, each with a written gate.
You can stop after the assessment. Managed work does not start until the quote is accepted.

Request
You provide
Goal, market, any spec or sample, and an honest budget range — or “not sure yet”.
We do
Fit review on China business days. We say whether we can staff it and what the next paid scope would be.
You receive
A short summary and a path: a 15–30 minute call, a paid assessment, or a decline with a reason.
No unlimited search and no complete supplier list at this step.

Assessment
You provide
Confirm the paid brief, share references, and answer open questions in writing.
We do
Shape the specification, search, and mark each point as verified, supplier-stated or still open.
You receive
Requirement brief, candidate comparison, risk notes and an advisor recommendation.
Usually two or three qualified candidates. We report a gap rather than pad the list.

Selection
You provide
Confirm specification, supplier and sample path in writing before deposits or volume.
We do
Keep quotes comparable, flag missing conditions and coordinate the sample plan.
You receive
A written decision record: who you chose, on what terms, and what remains unproven.
The commercial contract is yours unless a later agreement says otherwise.

Execution
You provide
Approve production start, inspection exceptions and any scope change before it is incurred.
We do
Follow production, packing and named inspection or lab partners against the written scope.
You receive
Weekly progress: finished work, next week, delay risk, waiting-on-you items and fee changes.
Third-party labs, inspectors and freight are billed separately when used.

Delivery
You provide
Confirm shipment instructions and documents. You still own the purchase contract with the factory.
We do
Coordinate logistics partners and papers inside the agreed scope, then close the file.
You receive
Shipping checklist and a short close note of what was delivered versus the last agreed scope.
Grow is a long-term idea, not a packaged follow-on SKU on this site.
How we stay in contact.
China business days
Replies on CST (UTC+8). We aim to send a human reply on the next working day after a valid brief. An automatic receipt is not the advisory reply.
Weekly on paid work
Finished work, next week, delay risk, items waiting on you, and any fee change. Material risks are flagged when they appear, not only on Friday.
One named advisor
Plus internal backup. WhatsApp, email and the project form write to the same customer record. You do not need an account on this site.
