FAQ
Direct answers before you send a brief.
Need a human first? Email [email protected], message WhatsApp +86 17744963663, or use the project form. We reply on China business days, UTC+8.
No. Submit any reasonable sourcing or software brief in your own words. We do not lock the form to a short industry list. We accept work only when the right specialist or partner can support it.
Yes. Scope is then limited to the missing pieces: communication, production follow-up, inspection, packing or shipment coordination. We do not restart a full supplier search unless you ask for that.
No. Budget helps us plan the next paid scope. Low or uncertain budgets are not auto-rejected. Fit is assessed by a person, not by a number on the form.
Directories help you discover suppliers. Globesino is a concierge: one named advisor, comparable quotes, verification notes and someone who owns the next week of work. We do not claim marketplaces have no protection. We sell managed execution, not another catalogue.
By default, you pay the supplier under the purchase contract. Globesino invoices its own service fee. We do not operate escrow or automatic payouts in this first release.
Inspections, lab tests, tooling, samples and freight are separate when they are needed. They are named, quoted and approved before we incur them. They are not rolled silently into the factory product value used for the management fee.
Yes. If you do not continue into managed sourcing, you pay for the agreed assessment deliverable only, subject to the quote. If the same brief becomes managed work within 60 days, qualifying assessment fees may be credited.
We aim to send a human reply on the next China business day, China Standard Time (UTC+8). An automatic receipt is not the advisory reply. Complex briefs may need a short call before a quote.
Project details are used to assess fit, quote and deliver the agreed work. We do not publish your request, and we do not send names or emails into website analytics events. Formal non-disclosure can be discussed before paid search starts.
We report the search scope, the gap and options to widen or stop. We do not pad the list to hit a round number, and we do not guarantee a qualified factory exists for every brief.
Source, Build and Grow describe how we think about long-term work. Grow is not sold as a separate packaged service yet. Repeat sourcing and software are quoted from the live brief.
Yes, in writing. Material changes to specification, quantity, factory or shipment are quoted before they start. Weekly updates flag decisions still sitting with you.
