What we collect

Project requests typically include your name, work email, country, company if any, WhatsApp if you add it, and the brief you type or link to. We also store an anonymous session identifier for form recovery and funnel events.

How we use it

We use those details to assess fit, reply, quote, deliver the agreed service and keep an internal customer record. The same record is used whether you write by form, email or WhatsApp. Advisors and operators who need the record to do the work can see it.

Marketing

Marketing messages are optional, off by default, and stored with a version and timestamp when you opt in. Handling a project request is not treated as a marketing opt-in.

Analytics and files

Analytics events do not include names, emails or phone numbers. Files, when accepted, are stored privately and are not fetchable by guessing a URL. This first release prefers reference links until private scanning is ready.

Export and deletion

To request an export or deletion, email the address on the contact page. A person handles that request; it is not an automated self-serve portal. We may retain records required to complete a paid engagement, settle fees or meet legal duties.
